- UNM's Main Ticket Office (located at The SSSC - NW corner of Cesar Chavez and University) is open Monday thru Friday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. If you encountered a problem with ordering tickets on the web, and it is during regular office hours, please call us directly at 505-925-5627 and we will try to immediately solve your issue.
