The Imaginary Invalid by Molière is directed and adapted by Assistant Professor Alejandro Tomás Rodriguez, featuring the theatre and design students at UNM. Set in the 17th century, this satirical comedy follows the hypochondriac Argan, who falls victim to the persuasive schemes of unscrupulous doctors and pharmacists. As the plot unfolds, we witness the consequences of unchecked reliance on medication and the manipulative nature of pharmaceutical greed.
